ARIZONA

Name: November Project

 

Location: Papago Park Amphitheater, 625 N Galvin Pkwy, Phoenix, AZ 85008
Suggested parking lot – West Buttes Parking Lot (it’s just under a mile away from amphitheater, so most of us arrive at 5:45).

 

Dates: Weekly – Wednesday Morning – 6am
 

What: Group Exercise - Stair workout

JUST SHOW UP! It’s really that simple. We welcome everyone and anyone regardless of age or fitness level. Our members range from professional athletes and Olympians to recent couch potatoes that decided to do something about their fitness. Workouts are scalable and designed to encourage constant progress and improvement. Oh did we mention that it’s FREE FOR LIFE!!!

MICHIGAN

Name: Muskegon Running Club

 

Location: Muskegon Metro

 

Dates: We meet every Wednesday evening at 6:30pm and Saturday mornings at 8:30 (that might get earlier with the warm weather!)

 

What: Running

Wednesday evenings are short runs anywhere from 2-3 miles to 5-6. Usually we split into groups to cover the mileage but we all run the same route so that we stick together.

Saturday mornings are typically a little bit of a longer run but again, we buddy up and cover the mileage together.

Worried about your pace and think you can't keep up with us? Don't be silly. We have runners of all paces and you'll find out that you might just show up and challenge someone that has been running for a while. If you're still worried about your pace after that statement: We run anywhere from the 8 min pace-12 min pace. If Pedro shows up he can run a 6 min mile with you or a 13 min mile with you. This group is about getting out, staying healthy through running and socializing.
