Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Free shipping for orders over $75, a flat $5 shipping rate applies to orders under $75.
Orders will be shipped via USPS or UPS Ground. Estimated shipping times are 3-6 business days depending on location. Delivery times are longer during holidays and under extreme circumstances such a global pandemic.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur with the carrier and are out of our control.
Returns / Exchanges
For return or exchange, please email to receive the shipping label and return instructions. We offer free shipping on one return and one exchange. In order to process the return, the item must be in new, unworn condition and free from body odor and fragrances with the tags still attached. If the item is not able to be resold then a refund will not be granted. If you would like to exchange for another size, we will provide free shipping for the first exchange. We want to make the shopping experience as hassle free as possible.
The Fit Figure uses USPS and UPS for the majority of our shipping. On occasion we will use FedEx and DHL.
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
The Fit Figure ships to addresses within the U.S. including PO Boxes, U.S. Territories and APO/FPO, DPO addresses.
We are not currently shipping internationally
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become available.
The Fit Figure is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim and contact us to alert us to the issue.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
